Maurice Stephens is a retired Master Chief from the US Navy. Upon retiring in 1991, he joined North Florida Insulation owned by his neighbor, Lester Dieas (a former longtime mason and a member of the Mandarin Masonic Lodge and a Shriner with the Morocco Temple).

In 1995, Maurice took over ownership along with his two sons. He is a proud grandfather of 10 grandkids and 1 great granddaughter.
